Teepee Tent Sleepover Themes

Each package includes our beautiful tents, mattress, sheet, decorative pillows and plushes, and various themed pieces to enhance your child’s slumber party, as well as party favors for the guests, and a special gift for the guest of honor. Our professional set up takes between 1-2 hours, and will be picked back up the next day at an agreed upon time. Pillows are for decorative use only. Dream Luxe does not provide sleeping pillows, we ask that the customer put the pillows and plushes away on the designated bin before the children go to sleep. All linens and props are cleaned and sanitized after each rental.

Frequently Asked Questions

Generally, a 12’ x 12’ space will give you plenty of room for up to a 5-person party. We request that all furniture be moved prior to our arrival. Depending on the configuration of the tent set-up, there needs to be adequate space for guests to access their tents.

As soon as possible! Weekend sleepovers book quickly, you will want to contact us as soon as you know your date so you can reserve your rentals.

We guarantee that cleanliness and sanitation is a priority! We have kiddos and understand how important it is to feel good about the product being set up at your home. All tents, rugs and mattresses are sanitized and spot cleaned after each party. All blankets and bed sheets are laundered after each party.

We do provide one blanket or throw and a fitted bed sheet. It is recommended that the child also has a sleeping bag or other blanket for their sleeping comfort. We DO NOT provide a pillow for the children to sleep on. Any pillows that are used for the theme package are strictly for decorative purposes and we ask that all pillows and plushies are put away in a designated bin before the children go to sleep. The pillows and plushies are for decorative use only. Sleeping pillows are not provided by Dream Luxe Party Rentals.

Cancellations can be made 4 weeks or more before the scheduled party date and your deposit will be refunded. If you would like to reschedule, we will work with you to find a date that works for us. If for any reason, you need to cancel less than 4 weeks before your scheduled party date, and you do not wish to reschedule, you forfeit your deposit.

Your $100 refundable deposit is due upon booking. The outstanding balance is due no later than 1 week prior to your scheduled party date. If payment is not received, your party is cancelled and you forfeit your deposit and could be billed for any personalized items that were prepared specifically for your party.

Delivery, assembly, styling, collection and general laundering are included in the hire cost unless stated otherwise. Prices include delivery to Cannon Falls and immediate surrounding areas. Dream Luxe Party Rentals will determine how far we are willing to travel and travel charges could accrue. Delivery times will be between 9am and 3pm on the date of the party. A two-hour window will be given the day of delivery. The client is responsible for being present to accept delivery. The time required for complete set up is approximately 1.5-2 hours, but may take more or less, depending on the number of teepee tents and add-ons ordered. We ask that no children, pets or guests are in the party area during set up in order to avoid a time delay. *All floor areas must be clean from dirt, dust, & furniture before set up begins.

We will arrive the day after the party, at a previously agreed upon time, to breakdown and collect item. Sunday collections will typically be after 11:30am. A walk through will be performed with the client prior to breakdown to confirm there are no damages or issues.
